What the engagement covers
The work covers how platforms, locations, and business units fit together, which systems stay, which systems change, and the order of the change. Path Forward™ is the framework Optimus Talentum licenses to CRA for this work.
Where it is in use
CRA provides enterprise architecture for a multi-site industrial company. On that engagement CRA also leads requirements and client working sessions, and deploys and maintains the infrastructure for a timesheet and project-tracking application. Optimus Talentum designed and developed the software. The projects in that application are with Apple, Meta, Google, TSMC, and other technology companies. The client name stays off this site.
Who does the work
Enterprise architecture is a CRA service. When the architecture calls for software, Optimus Talentum designs and develops it inside the same engagement.
